Victoria family spots rare Sea Otter near Cadboro Bay

There was a rare sighting of a sea otter in Telegraph Cove, Saanich today! He got up close with these kayakers:

They were hunted to near extinction in B.C. And are rarely seen on our waters, but sea otters are now beginning to re-appear. We have incredible video to show you of one little guy who is delighting onlookers with his playful appearance.
